Black or White






Its crazy that a big deal is made because the color of a person's skin. Once a job is needed it all comes down to who can do it. When we let color determine knowledge there may be a lot a company can lose out on. The main focus should be on functionality and company growth. As we can see by this picture no matter which head you turn to they all will do a great job.

    I agree with this post 100%. An employer should base his or her decision on hiring someone based on weather or not they feel the person is capable of performing the job.

    I think its important to see that color shouldnt determine functionality. We may look different which makes us all unique but color is not a factor of performance skills are.
